Earning a recognized credential such as the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional designation strengthens your candidacy significantly.

New York, Buffalo, and Rochester have the most compliance specialist openings in New York. New York City accounts for the majority of listings given its density of global banks, insurance firms, and large hospital systems, while Albany draws demand from state government agencies and regulated utilities, and Buffalo's growing financial services and healthcare sectors create steady openings outside the metro.
