INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to support vehicle development programs through the management, negotiation, and administration of complex contractual agreements. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining a variety of contract documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Engineering Design & Development (ED&D) Quotations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contractual documents, including:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Engineering Design & Development (ED&D) Quotations
- Evaluate and negotiate costs, terms, and conditions associated with Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.
- Manage contracts related to Engineering Design & Development activities and in-vehicle software development fees while safeguarding intellectual property.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess, track, and reduce overall vehicle development costs.
- Utilize SAP ECC, Ariba, and L2 Approval processes for contract and purchase order management.
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal business partners to resolve contractual issues and clarify terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support regarding contract interpretation, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Contract Administration.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly involving high-value contracts and purchase orders.
- Experience managing supplier agreements and contractual documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SAP ECC, Ariba, and approval workflow processes.
- Knowledge of Honda parts and tooling.
- Understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Experience supporting automotive, engineering, or product development organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-management skills.

Work Arrangement: Onsite Required (80% Onsite / 20% Remote)
