This position is on an active contruction site, on the Naval Reactor Facility (NRF). Daily attendance to the NRF is expected. **Responsibilities** * Manage non\-technical aspects of assigned projects in coordination with contract managers, project managers, and project teams. * Document, track, and process contract changes, amendments, and modifications throughout project execution. * Interpret and communicate contract terms, conditions, and procedures to ensure compliance. * Maintain accurate logs and records of contractual correspondence for timely communication and documentation. * Coordinate with discipline leads and Procurement to support change management and flow\-down of prime contract requirements. * Monitor contract compliance by tracking deliverables, schedules, certifications, and required documentation. * Assist in developing and maintaining contract administration processes and tools; provide training as needed. * Review contract documents to identify potential conflicts, ambiguities, and risks. * Prepare and distribute contractual and progress\-related reports as requested. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pre\-Law, Supply Chain, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in contract or subcontract administration, or prime contract support. * Working knowledge of FAR and federal contracting procedures; familiarity with DEAR and commercial nuclear contracts is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and analyze contract\-related issues. * Familiarity with the construction industry, including bidding and execution phases, preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SAP preferred but not required. **Working Conditions** Other Requirements: * Regular, reliable attendance * Work productively and meet deadlines timely * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment * Perform work safely and effectively.
