Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or LMHC — Full-Time — Hybrid — Boston, MA
Salary: $100,000–$130,000+ annually (W-2)
Health Psychology Associates, a 12-clinician outpatient therapy practice in Boston's Back Bay, is hiring a fully licensed therapist to join our team. We intentionally stay small so every clinician gets real support, not just a caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy (24 client hours/week)
- Work with high-achieving young adults and professionals facing anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions
- Use evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, ACT, and related modalities)
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
We offer:
- Choice of W-2 hourly or W-2 fee-split compensation
- Full administrative support (intake, scheduling, billing, credentialing, marketing)
