Job Summary
Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

Visits are comfortable, relaxed engagements with friendly providers who are invested in your well-being and want you to feel better.
We are seeking a full-time 40-hour, Hybrid Triage RN to support the practice Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm onsite with 1-2 remote days!
SUMMARY
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred
