About Us Shifting The Way You Think (STWYT) Wellness Center is a licensed outpatient mental health clinic in Stoughton, MA. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), psychiatry, and somatic wellness classes. Our care is built on a nervous system regulation model, and we bring somatic approaches into our clinical work. We're a growing, close-knit team that cares about our clients and about each other.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced LICSW who loves supervision and group work. You'll support and develop our clinicians, lead evening groups, and carry a small client caseload. This role starts part time (about 15 hours per week), with room to grow into a full-time position as our clinic expands.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to clinicians
- Support clinicians with case consultation, documentation, and clinical decision-making
- Lead evening therapy groups
- Carry a small caseload of individual clients
- Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
- Help uphold clinical quality standards and best practices across the team
What You Bring
- Active Massachusetts LICSW in good standing
- Qualified to provide clinical supervision under Massachusetts board requirements
- Experience leading therapy groups
- A collaborative, supportive supervision style
- Interest in somatic or nervous-system-informed approaches is a plus
- Availability for some evening hours
Compensation
- Individual clients and clinical supervision: $60 per session (W-2) or $65 per session (1099) - Groups: $65 per group (W-2) or $70 per group (1099)
- All sessions and groups are 50–55 minutes
