Established in 2007, Greene County Eye Care is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and fostering a community where patients are treated like family. Specializing in specialty contact lenses, pediatric eye care, and geriatric care, the practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology for precise and effective treatments. With plans to expand the facility by adding more exam lanes to serve more patients, the future is bright for Greene County Eye Care. The team of eleven skilled and empathetic professionals aims to provide all patients with a deeper level of comfort and care.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Optometrist, you’ll ensure individualized and personalized care, performing direct patient care, chart recording, and coding exams. You'll have access to cutting-edge equipment, such as OCT, retinal photography, corneal topography, and VR headset visual field, giving you the necessary resources to diagnose and manage various eye conditions effectively. Working closely with a dedicated team of talented and highly skilled employees, you'll experience a supportive work environment where everyone strives to make your day as seamless as possible. During this time, you can expect to see around 13 to 20 patients daily.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate and thorough clinician who is efficient without being detached. They are proactive in completing their own charting and coding exams on the same day. Organized and eager to advance as an Optometrist within a thriving practice, they excel in a collaborative setting and contribute effectively as a team player. They have excellent communication skills and are comfortable communicating with all staff and patients. A strong commitment to continuous learning, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others are essential qualities as they will play a vital role in the continued success and expansion of the business.
