Job Description
Metro is currently looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking FULL TIME Physical Therapist to join our team as a floater providing coverage throughout Nassau County, Long Island. In this full-time role, your clinic location will vary based on clinic needs and schedule demands—you’ll provide care across all of our clinics in the region.
The ideal candidate excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative yet effective treatment plans. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as state-of-the-art spaces and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization with a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000- $110,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
