The Office of the District Attorney is recruiting for a Supervising Deputy District Attorney who will lead the daily operations of a functional unit or branch office. Supervisors oversee the administration of criminal cases, including preparation, presentation, and appeal, and are responsible for developing staff, managing performance, allocating workloads, maintaining case quality, and implementing Office priorities.

The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office represents the interests of the People in the criminal justice system, as mandated by California State law. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Assignment: Assignments may be made to any location in the County depending on the needs of the department.Background: Candidates must successfully pass an extensive background investigation, which may include (but is not limited to) a credit check, fingerprint check, and medical exam.
State Bar: Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California at the time of hire. This status must be maintained in order to remain employed in this classification.
