Throughout this process, a significant amount of data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis—particularly related to creators, agencies, and merchants—forms the foundation of strategic planning and project execution. We are looking for a data intern to support the team with high-frequency, detail-oriented, and repetitive data and operational tasks, aiming to improve overall project efficiency. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandising in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.

- Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
- Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75 - $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
