Job Description
As a Marketing Manager II for Lifecycle & CRM Strategy at Care.com, you are a strategist at heart — someone who loves solving problems, figuring out exactly how to speak to customers, and driving real business impact. You will own an end-to-end lifecycle strategy across email, push, SMS, in-app, and embedded messaging, directly impacting how families find care. You're energized by a complex problem, aren't afraid to dig into the data to find the answer, and know how to bring others along for the ride. You love presenting findings, celebrating wins with the broader team, and building the kind of cross-functional relationships that make ambitious work possible. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and communicate with confidence across all levels of an organization — this is the role for you.
End-to-end lifecycle journey management:
- Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for various journeys and campaigns across all channels — managing deadlines and timelines, keeping stakeholders and teammates in close coordination, and driving campaigns across the finish line
- Own campaign launch communications to leadership and peers, and lead performance follow-ups — translating results into clear, actionable takeaways that inform the next iteration
- Maintain up-to-date journey maps for your owned audiences — tracking creative changes, subject lines, and snapshot data to ensure accuracy and alignment across the team
Testing and experimentation:
- Design iterative experimentation plans for 20+ existing lifecycle & behavioral journeys, analyzing results and developing actionable insights to continuously optimize targeting and personalization
- Stay on top of industry trends and evolving best practices to ensure campaigns are always improving and informed by what's working across the landscape
Technical environment & ways of working:
- Operate within a highly technical organization where deep data fluency is expected — you should know your data inside and out
- Understand how data flows into Iterable via our data warehouse or custom events, and partner with Product and Engineering on technical requirements for your projects
- Bring a natural curiosity to problem-solving, proactively catching errors and discrepancies before they impact performance
Data & Analytics Project Management
- Bring a strong background in data and analytics, working closely with the ADI team to maintain tight alignment across projects, Tableau optimizations, and data accessibility and reliability for CRM use cases
- Support data investigations and assist team members with QA across Tableau, Iterable, and Snowflake — helping resolve underlying data issues and flagging discrepancies to the team as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management - from conception to execution and everything in between.
- A dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader macro view of business objectives, but skilled at managing detailed projects to completion
- You can lead with influence, communicate your ideas with clarity, and present findings and wins confidently to leadership and the broader organization on a regular basis.
- Strong project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects.
- Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
- You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment, you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can advocate for—and adopt— new marketing solutions as needed.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making; hands-on experience with data reporting platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude required.
- Must have experience working within marketing automation software such as Iterable or Braze
- Nice to have familiarity with automation, AI, and machine learning features within CRM tools to improve personalization and operational efficiency
- BA/BS required

Mid Level CRM Business Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level crm business analyst job?
Position yourself by leading with ownership: highlight projects where you managed CRM requirements from discovery through delivery, not just tasks you supported. Emphasize stakeholder facilitation, documentation you authored independently, and measurable outcomes like improved data quality or reduced churn. Tailor your resume to show depth in one or two CRM platforms rather than broad familiarity across many tools.
Which companies hire mid level crm business analysts?
Companies hiring mid level crm business analysts right now include Deloitte, Abbott, and ASC Engineered Solutions, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Mid-size and enterprise organizations with established CRM programs tend to hire most actively at this level, particularly those mid-way through a platform migration or scaling their customer data operations.
Are there remote mid level crm business analyst jobs?
Yes, and the availability is substantial. About 46% of mid level crm business analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the documentation-heavy, meeting-driven nature of the role, which translates well to distributed teams. Fully on-site roles tend to appear more often in regulated industries or organizations implementing new CRM systems that require frequent in-person collaboration.
How do I move up to a mid level crm business analyst role?
The path from entry level to mid level centers on expanding ownership over time. Early in your career, focus on mastering one CRM platform deeply, volunteering to document requirements and lead smaller workstreams, and building a reputation for translating business needs into system logic. Demonstrating that you can manage a project independently, communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and show measurable impact from your recommendations is what signals readiness for a mid level title.
Which industries hire the most mid level crm business analysts?
Mid Level crm business analyst roles concentrate in Consulting & Professional Services, Investment & Asset Management, and Accounting & Auditing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to run large customer databases, complex sales cycles, or high-volume support operations, which creates sustained demand for analysts who can bridge business strategy and CRM configuration at a project-ownership level.
