CRM Business Analyst Jobs in Pennsylvania: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a crm business analyst in Pennsylvania?
Most crm business analyst roles in Pennsylvania require a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, with no state-issued license specific to this role. Pennsylvania employers typically prioritize candidates who hold a Salesforce Administrator certification or a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis. Building experience in a regulated industry like healthcare or financial services gives candidates a meaningful edge in this market.
How much do CRM business analysts make in Pennsylvania?
CRM business analysts in Pennsylvania earn a median of about $93,830 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $51,250 for the lowest 10% to over $161,770 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire crm business analysts in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring crm business analysts in Pennsylvania right now include 1966, Keen360, and Slipstream IT, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of October 2026. Pennsylvania's concentration of large insurance carriers, regional bank headquarters, and integrated health systems means demand stays consistent throughout the year rather than peaking seasonally.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most crm business analyst jobs?
Pennsylvania, Chalfont, and Palmerton account for the most crm business analyst openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia leads because of its density of Fortune 500 financial and healthcare employers, while Pittsburgh's strong presence in banking and university-affiliated health networks drives demand there, and smaller markets like King of Prussia and Malvern reflect the suburban corridor of technology and insurance firms outside the city core.
Are there remote crm business analyst jobs in Pennsylvania?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of crm business analyst openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of October 2026, reflecting how fully desk-based and systems-oriented this work is. Responsibilities such as requirements documentation, CRM configuration, and stakeholder reporting translate well to distributed teams, making remote and hybrid arrangements common across Pennsylvania employers.
How can I get hired as a crm business analyst in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a CRM-adjacent role such as data analyst, customer service operations coordinator, or sales operations associate, where you already work inside the systems the business analyst role owns. Large Pennsylvania health systems and financial institutions, including regional banks and insurance carriers headquartered in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas, regularly hire business analyst associates or junior analysts who are developing their platform certifications. Completing a Salesforce Administrator credential while working in one of those adjacent roles is the credential that most consistently converts entry-level candidates into competitive applicants in Pennsylvania.
Where can I find and apply to crm business analyst jobs in Pennsylvania?
You can find and apply to crm business analyst jobs in Pennsylvania on Migrate Mate, which lists current Pennsylvania openings from employers across the state. Find the roles that fit your experience and location, then apply directly to each one.
