We need your expertise to drive the adoption of a comprehensive data governance framework -from policies and standards to measurable KPIs and maturity metrics. Your ability to influence without direct authority will be critical as you work across domains, guiding leaders, mentoring data stewards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data literacy.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and ongoing optimization of data governance policies, standards, and best practices aligned to business goals
- Partner with domain leaders and the PMO to prioritize and execute governance initiatives that drive tangible value
- Establish and manage governance processes for data definition, quality, lifecycle, and access management
- Collaborate with data stewards, business owners, and IT to define clear ownership, roles, and accountability
- Facilitate governance forums and working sessions that drive alignment, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Advance enterprise data quality and master data management efforts, including issue resolution and remediation
- Partner with legal, security, and compliance to ensure data privacy, access controls, and regulatory alignment
- Support and expand the use of governance tools such as data catalogs, business glossaries, lineage, and data quality platforms
- Enable transparency and usability of data through improved metadata management, modeling, and data flow optimization
- Develop training and education programs that elevate data literacy and empower teams to effectively manage and use data
Your practical knowledge of MDM, metadata, and data quality frameworks will help us build reliable, reusable data assets that serve a wide range of users while maintaining high performance and proper access controls.
