Revenue Manager Jobs in Pennsylvania: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue manager in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania does not require a state-issued license to work as a revenue manager. Most employers in the state expect a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting, paired with experience in pricing, forecasting, or financial analysis. Earning credentials such as the Certified Revenue Management Executive designation or completing hospitality or healthcare revenue management coursework strengthens a candidacy significantly in Pennsylvania's competitive markets.
Which companies hire revenue managers in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring revenue managers in Pennsylvania right now include Comcast, DaVita, and Philips, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Pennsylvania's large healthcare systems, hotel management groups, and technology companies are among the most consistent sources of revenue management openings across the state.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most revenue manager jobs?
Philadelphia, Malvern, and Easton have the most revenue manager openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia dominates due to its concentration of corporate headquarters, healthcare systems, and hospitality groups, while Pittsburgh's growing technology and healthcare sectors drive strong demand, and Harrisburg's government-adjacent and insurance industries generate steady openings in revenue and pricing roles.
Are there remote revenue manager jobs in Pennsylvania?
Yes, and more than most fields. Revenue management is largely analytical and systems-based, making it well-suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 60% of revenue manager openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how common flexible work has become in this discipline. Strategy, forecasting, and pricing modeling work transfers particularly well to remote settings.
How can I get hired as a revenue manager in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into revenue management from an adjacent role such as financial analyst, pricing coordinator, front office supervisor, or revenue analyst. Large Pennsylvania employers including UPMC, Aramark, and major hotel management companies in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh markets regularly hire for junior revenue analyst and coordinator roles that do not require prior revenue management titles. Completing a certified revenue management course and building a portfolio of pricing or forecasting projects adds measurable credibility when applying without direct experience.
Where can I find and apply to revenue manager jobs in Pennsylvania?
You can find and apply to revenue manager jobs in Pennsylvania on Migrate Mate, which lists current Pennsylvania openings across industries and experience levels. Search for roles that match your background and apply directly to the ones that fit.
