- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and maintain action-item logs.
- Organize and maintain project records in accordance with firm standards and project requirements.
- Support Construction Administration Leads with project startup, construction activities, and closeout documentation.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of project correspondence and construction administration documents.
Work Environment & Project Site Conditions
