Position Details:
Title: Sourcing Analyst
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract With possible extension
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and sourcing operations by managing low- to medium-complexity sourcing engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sourcing, legal, risk, contracting, purchasing, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities for low- to medium-complexity engagement
- Support supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management
- Coordinate with RFx, Contracting, Legal, Risk, Purchasing, and Payables teams
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Drive sourcing transactions through the sourcing lifecycle and support process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supplier management experience
- Experience with contract negotiations and vendor management
- Knowledge of RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial/procurement system
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
