Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Community Engagement
- Develop and execute student outreach and engagement campaigns to attract top early career talent.
- Build and maintain talent communities that support internship, early identification, and full-time recruiting initiatives.
- Manage candidate communications and engagement strategies across multiple recruiting channels.
- Promote campus events, networking opportunities, informational sessions, and recruiting programs. Support employer branding initiatives that increase awareness of Raymond James among students and emerging talent.
Recruiting Technology & Platform Operations
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for key recruiting and engagement platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Platform administration, configuration, and maintenance.
- User support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Recruiting cycle preparation and seasonal readiness.
- Process documentation and workflow optimization.
- Vendor relationship management and coordination.

Student Referral Program Management

University Relations & Recruiting Strategy Support

- Workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Campus marketing and engagement strategies.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

- Support reporting, analytics, and recruiting workflow management. Recommend innovative approaches that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
