DESCRIPTION
You will design and build agentic solutions that leverage Amazon Bedrock’s capabilities for reasoning, planning, and execution, which will enable measuring, benchmarking, and improving retail consumer experiences in North America. You’ll conduct performance evaluations of agent reasoning capabilities, develop compelling demos showcasing autonomous AI workflows, and create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how agentic systems can transform research processes through goal-directed operation. You will develop transformative solutions leveraging AWS’s comprehensive AI/ML stack to build specialized AI agents for benchmarking different shopping experiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Product Management: Lead large and complex studies, including scope alignment with business leaders, design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders.
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents that orchestrate workflows, leveraging AWS services.
- Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for agentic AI solutions that measure and improve retail consumer experiences.
- Conduct performance evaluations of agent reasoning capabilities and create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how agentic systems can transform research processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, developers, and product managers.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in agentic AI research and AWS service capabilities to improve performance and recommend optimal technology stacks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, translating technical elements into business language that demonstrates clear value.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization to advance agentic AI adoption and implementation best practices.

Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings - for almost every business at Amazon - for eveyr customer (e.g., consumers, developers, sellers/brands, investors, streamers, gamers).
Our approach is based on determining the customer need, along with problem solving, and we work backwards from there. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team, made up of a diverse set of profiles, skills, and backgrounds - including: Product Managers, Software Developers, Computer Vision experts, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Risk Managers, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
