Customer Service Representative Jobs in Burbank, CA

We are a drug and alcohol management company that provides compliance services to Department of Transportation (DOT)-regulated industries such as trucking and aviation. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with client services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
• Assist clients with compliance-related questions, onboarding, and account support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and communication.
• Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented with a confident and clear phone voice.
• Transportation industry experience is a plus!
