WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. You will solve client problems - taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- This position follows a hybrid work model (Remote/Field), requiring frequent client visits and the ability to travel for onsite team meetings and other business-related activities as needed.
- Candidates must reside in or near Inland Empire CA area, as this role requires regular travel within an assigned external client territory and book of business. The territory includes, but is not limited to Chino, Ontario, Corona areas, with potential travel to additional surrounding areas based on business needs.
- At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
