Client Partner Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a client partner in Georgia?
Most client partner roles in Georgia require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, followed by progressive experience in account management or consulting. Georgia does not issue a state license for client partners, so employers focus on demonstrated client portfolio experience and industry knowledge. Many hiring managers in Atlanta's technology and financial services corridors also value familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
How much do client partners make in Georgia?
Client partners in Georgia earn a median of about $75,280 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $36,490 for the lowest 10% to over $158,520 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire client partners in Georgia?
Employers hiring client partners in Georgia right now include Kinaxis, Verizon, and NTT DATA, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's strong technology corridor in Atlanta and Alpharetta means a large share of openings come from enterprise software, consulting, and managed services firms with regional headquarters or major delivery centers in the state.
Which Georgia cities have the most client partner jobs?
Atlanta and Kennesaw consistently post the most client partner openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the largest share because it is home to regional and global headquarters for technology, financial services, and professional services firms, while Alpharetta and Dunwoody attract openings tied to the dense cluster of enterprise software and fintech companies that have established offices along the GA-400 corridor north of the city.
Are there remote client partner jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than many relationship-focused roles, because client partner work in Georgia's technology and SaaS sectors is often deliverable through video calls and digital collaboration tools. About 50% of client partner openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, though enterprise accounts in regulated industries such as banking or healthcare often still require periodic on-site visits. Strategic and renewal-cycle activities are the parts of the role most likely to remain fully remote.
How can I get hired as a client partner in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an inside sales, customer success associate, or account coordinator role at one of Georgia's large technology or consulting employers, then moving laterally once you have managed a real book of business. Firms like NCR Voyix and Cognizant regularly bring in associate account managers and rotational program graduates from Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, and Emory. Building a record of client retention metrics and earning a Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot certification gives candidates a concrete edge when competing for junior client partner openings.
Where can I find and apply to client partner jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to client partner jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring in the state right now. Find roles that fit your experience and apply directly to the ones that match.
