You will develop the professional acumen and technical versatility required to excel in modern customer success, ensuring our team maintains the operational standard that fuels our growth.
Customer Success Intern Responsibilities:

- AI & Analytics Utilization: Leverage AI tools and recordings to capture helpdesk solutions and build a robust customer reference database; track and record critical customer data and metrics.
- Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the design and implementation of Gainsight CS Dashboards; support the planning and execution of the CS Summit in December, including logistics, agenda development, and presentation materials.
- Implementation Support: Audit go-live milestones against onboarding data to ensure process accuracy and system health.
- Workflow Consultation: Assist in hands-on workflow building consultations to support customer operational success and platform utilization.
- Data & Contact Management: Support ongoing contact management and clean-up efforts to ensure database integrity.
- Operational Scaling & Data Management: Audit customer licenses against enabled features to ensure accuracy in Gainsight.
- Technical Enablement: Gain proficiency in the Customer Success tech stack (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence, AI-driven analytics); leverage these tools to generate data-driven reports and in product workflows to identify operational trends that influence account health and customer satisfaction.
Customer Success Intern Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail regarding data integrity and auditing.
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence) or a strong willingness to learn technical platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for generating documentation and planning.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency and knowledge management.

Customer Success Representative Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success representative in Georgia?
Georgia does not require a state-issued license or exam to work as a customer success representative. Most employers in Atlanta's technology and fintech corridor hire candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field alongside prior customer-facing experience. Completing a recognized CRM certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, meaningfully strengthens a Georgia application and is widely valued by enterprise employers across the metro.
Which companies hire customer success representatives in Georgia?
Companies currently hiring customer success representatives in Georgia include Samsara, Infor, and Stripe, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's concentration of fintech, enterprise software, and managed services firms means demand is particularly steady among companies headquartered or regionally anchored in the Atlanta metro area.
Which Georgia cities have the most customer success representative jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Norcross have the most customer success representative openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the largest share because of its dense cluster of technology, fintech, and enterprise SaaS headquarters, while Alpharetta's established technology corridor and Savannah's growing logistics and professional services sector account for openings outside the core metro.
Are there remote customer success representative jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Customer success representative work is largely desk-based and communication-driven, making it well suited to remote arrangements. About 92% of customer success representative openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting broader industry norms. Fully remote roles are most common in SaaS and cloud software companies, while enterprise and financial services employers more often require hybrid presence at an Atlanta or Alpharetta office.
How can I get hired as a customer success representative in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer support or inside sales role into customer success, as Georgia employers at companies like NCR Atleos and Global Payments routinely promote from support queues into junior CSR positions. Associate or coordinator titles are the primary entry points, and many Atlanta-area technology firms post new-grad CSR roles requiring only a degree and internship experience. Earning a free CRM certification, such as Salesforce's Trailhead credentials, and building a portfolio of account documentation samples gives candidates without direct CSR experience a concrete edge in screening.
Where can I find and apply to customer success representative jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to customer success representative jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings updated regularly. Search the listings, identify roles that match your experience level and preferred metro or remote arrangement, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
