About Sprig
Sprig is the customer survey platform, rebuilt around AI agents. For two decades, teams have relied on Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey to understand their customers. These platforms were built for a slower era, with manual setup, fragmented workflows, and insights that arrive too late to shape decisions. The gap between how fast products move and how fast research can keep up has never been wider. We're building something different. With Sprig, AI agents design studies, adapt surveys in real time, and turn responses into clear, actionable insight. Teams move from question to evidence in hours instead of weeks, without sacrificing rigor. Product teams no longer guess. They know. Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on, so the best teams in the world can build products their customers love. Companies like Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor use Sprig to stay close to their users. Backed by $85M from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and First Round Capital, we're growing quickly across the world's leading product organizations. The category is being rebuilt, with AI at the core. If you're excited by hard problems and the chance to define how modern teams understand their customers, we'd love to meet you.

Customer Success Representative Jobs in California: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success representative in California?
Customer success representative roles in California require no state-issued license or certification. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, though some hire candidates with equivalent experience. The practical path is to build experience in account management, technical support, or inside sales, then pursue certifications such as the SuccessHACKER Customer Success certification to strengthen your candidacy with California's large SaaS and enterprise tech employers.
Which companies hire customer success representatives in California?
Companies currently hiring customer success representatives in California include Intuit, ServiceTitan, and Cox Communications, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. California's concentration of enterprise SaaS headquarters and cloud software companies means customer success hiring stays consistent year-round, particularly in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
Which California cities have the most customer success representative jobs?
San Francisco, Los Angeles, and California account for the largest share of customer success representative openings in California. The Bay Area leads because it hosts the North American headquarters of Salesforce, Zendesk, and a dense cluster of B2B SaaS companies, while Los Angeles and San Diego draw hiring from media technology, healthtech, and fintech firms anchored in those metros.
Are there remote customer success representative jobs in California?
Yes, and more than most fields. Customer success is a desk-based, communication-driven role that translates naturally to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 61% of customer success representative openings tied to California are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how broadly California tech employers have adopted flexible work policies. Fully remote roles are most common in mid-market and enterprise SaaS, where account management happens over video and digital platforms.
How can I get hired as a customer success representative in California with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a customer support or technical support associate role at a Bay Area or Los Angeles SaaS company, then moving internally into customer success once you have product knowledge and account exposure. Companies like Salesforce and Zendesk run structured associate customer success programs for early-career candidates. A SuccessHACKER or Gainsight certification, combined with demonstrated CRM experience from a support or operations role, gives candidates without direct CS titles a concrete edge in California applications.
Where can I find and apply to customer success representative jobs in California?
You can find and apply to customer success representative jobs in California on Migrate Mate, which lists current California openings. Search the roles available, find the ones that match your experience and location, and apply directly through each listing.
