- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.
Does experience count?

Customer Success Representative Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success representative in Massachusetts?
Customer success representative roles in Massachusetts require no state-issued license or certification. Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a technical field, combined with prior customer-facing experience. In Massachusetts, candidates who build familiarity with SaaS platforms, gain exposure to account management or support roles, and develop skills in data-driven customer engagement are the most competitive. Certifications from Gainsight or HubSpot Academy can strengthen a profile without requiring formal licensing.
Which companies hire customer success representatives in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts customer success representative roles are posted by Hi Marley, ServiceNow, and CYVL and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Massachusetts's dense concentration of SaaS and fintech companies means openings appear across both well-established enterprise employers and growth-stage firms in the greater Boston area.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most customer success representative jobs?
Boston, Waltham, and Cambridge lead Massachusetts for customer success representative openings. Boston and Cambridge drive the bulk of postings because of the region's concentration of SaaS headquarters, financial technology firms, and life sciences software companies, while Burlington and Waltham contribute through their established corporate campuses housing regional and national operations for tech employers.
Are there remote customer success representative jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, and more than most fields, because customer success work is inherently conducted over digital channels. About 77% of customer success representative openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how well the role translates to distributed teams. Onboarding, account review, and renewal conversations are the functions most commonly performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a customer success representative in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer support or sales development role into customer success. Large Massachusetts-based employers like HubSpot and Wayfair run associate and onboarding specialist programs that serve as structured entry points for candidates without direct CS experience. Applying to tier-one customer support roles at SaaS companies in the Boston area, then transitioning internally, is a well-documented pathway. Completing a Gainsight or HubSpot Academy certification before applying gives candidates a concrete credential that signals readiness for the function.
Where can I find and apply to customer success representative jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to customer success representative jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current Massachusetts openings. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience and target industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
