Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Use Quickbooks Desktop, Fedex, UPS, and Dymo label softwares
• Provide pricing quotations to customers
• PO processing: order entry and acknowledgements (incl. ASN)
• Print product and shipping labels for warehouse team to affix to goods and boxes
• Handle inbound customer calls about product availability, pricing, and general product questions
• Manage our info-email inbox with customer inquiries

Skills/Background

• High attention to detail, especially at critical points such as order entry
• Ability to manage high order volume
• Confidence with speaking directly with customers
• Desire and ability to learn about the products we offer
• Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales is required
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
