This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. Line of Business Job Description:
The Data Feed Enablement team is part of the WMO Business Strategy & Transformation organization. The primary focus of the team is to provide operations support for multiple data feed applications supporting Merrill Wealth Management and Bank of America Private Bank. Key priorities for the team are providing daily operations processing, data transmission setup and ad-hoc research requests regarding the data sent. The data transmissions the team helps the firm meet regulatory obligations as well as provide transactions, holdings and reconciliation data to data aggregators and interested parties so they may create customized reporting for client needs. The individual will work with their team mates on daily operations processing, meeting internal deadlines, setting up new transmissions and researching inquiries into the data contents of the transmission. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with internal and external clients (Merrill and Private Bank Advisors/Associates and other external clients), Operations, Technology and Control Partners. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in wholistic process management and take ownership in building relationships with the clients the process supports.
Required Qualifications:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and complete deliverables independently or collaboratively.
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, and Word).
