Primary Responsibilities
Taking end to end delivery ownership, project management
Driving technical, functional assessment, requirement gathering, estimation , working closely with customer and planning priority enhancements
Proactive proposals / planning for new regulatory requirements, upgrade preparations, identifying automation opportunities etc
Managing Onshore and Offshore techno-functional SMEs, Business Analysts & Data engineers towards quality deliverables and meeting KPI / SLA’s
Strong Model N PbN and Market access experience with hands on around contracting, chargeback, rebates and good exposure to regulatory area
Secondary Responsibilities
Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders and customers
Managing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports, driving key meetings etc.
Driving proactive proposals, continuous service improvement initiatives and thought leadership sessions etc.
