We are seeking an experienced Senior CPFR Planner / Demand Planner to provide maternity-leave coverage on a key retail account. What You’ll Do
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and order-management activities for a key retail client.
- Develop customer forecasts using sales inputs, POS trends, inventory performance, promotional plans, and historical data.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to address demand changes, supply risks, and service opportunities.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, fill rates, in-stocks, order exceptions, and overall customer service performance.
- Participate in collaborative planning discussions and provide clear reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Work onsite in the Minneapolis office every Tuesday and Wednesday to support cross-functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, CPFR, forecasting, merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, supply chain, or sales operations.
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency with PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting seasonal, long-lead-time, or import-driven businesses is highly valued.
- Experience supporting large retail accounts and familiarity with retailer planning processes or systems is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-service skills.
- A proactive, positive, team-oriented approach.
