Well established garment manufacturer near downtown area is looking for candidates:

*Apparel Production Development Specialist (PD) - PRE PRODUCTION*

Job description :

• Manage customer orders(design) from development through pre-production and production stages.
• Enter and maintain accurate style, order, and production information within the company's internal ERP and production systems.
• Coordinate closely with customers to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Technical Designers, Production Teams, and Vendors to resolve issues and maintain production timelines.
• Track critical milestones, approvals, materials, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively identify potential delays or production challenges.
• Maintain organized records of customer communications, specifications, and production documents.
• Participate in customer meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from order placement through final production.

We prefer :

• years of experience in apparel production, garment manufacturing, pre-production, product development, or related field.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

starting salary : $70K ~ , negotiable
