Who's Hiring

Dietitian Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a dietitian job in Seattle?
Start by targeting Seattle's densest hiring clusters: the hospital systems anchored in First Hill and Pill Hill, the federally qualified health centers serving underserved communities across the Central District and Rainier Valley, and the growing corporate wellness and tech-campus dining programs in South Lake Union. Candidates who hold an oncology, renal, or pediatric specialty credential tend to stand out in Seattle's academic and acute-care market.
Which companies hire dietitians in Seattle?
Seattle dietitian roles are posted by Providence Swedish, Aspire365, and Nutricopia and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Seattle's mix of large hospital networks, community health organizations, and tech-company cafeteria and wellness programs makes it one of the more varied employer landscapes for dietitians in the Pacific Northwest.
Are there remote dietitian jobs in Seattle?
Yes, but with limits: hands-on clinical and foodservice roles are almost always on-site, while telehealth counseling, nutrition coaching, and population health analytics roles are the most remote-friendly. About 72% of dietitian openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. The telehealth and health-tech companies headquartered in South Lake Union account for most of the fully remote postings.
How can I get a dietitian job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is completing a supervised practice rotation at one of the area's hospital systems or community health centers, which frequently convert strong interns to staff dietitians. Entry-level candidates also find footholds in school nutrition programs through Seattle Public Schools, long-term care facilities in the greater metro, and community food programs run by nonprofits in the Central District. A strong rotation record and local professional network matter more than years of experience in this market.
