Responsibilities:

- Translate creative direction into polished final designs
- Participate in concepting, brainstorms, and critiques
- Present work clearly to internal stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and web-based projects
- Ensure designs meet platform specs and best practices
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain organized files and documentation

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital design, either in-house or at an agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of digital production standards and platform specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Bonus for experience designing in the luxury retail space

Base pay is $90,000-$100,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
