Job Summary
Optimizes healthcare financial performance by leading initiatives to improve billing, coding, and collections. Manages project lifecycles from strategy to implementation, aiming to reduce denials, accelerate cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Develops and executes project plans, schedules, and deliverables for revenue cycle initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Analyzes revenue cycle metrics to identify bottlenecks, reducing denial rates and accelerating cash flow.
- Process Improvement: Evaluates, documents, and improves workflows for registration, coding, billing, and collections.
- Collaboration & Communication: Liaises between IT, clinical staff, finance, and external vendors to drive operational efficiencies.
- Risk Management: Identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
- Compliance: Ensures all workflows meet HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree (Required) Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Administration, or a Related Field • Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, or consulting. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and data analysis tools. • Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-functional projects.
