Provides data support for aggregation of healthcare data, including quality, patient, and financial, to support departmental reporting needs. Research, designs, develops, implements, and maintains reporting and analytical facilities in the context of the hospital's clinical and/or financial systems. Provide analytical and technical guidance to clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the research, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting and analytical tools in the context of the hospital's clinical and/or financial systems. Collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that reports are timely, accurate, meaningful, and interpretable. Works with other team members to ensure that analyses and reports provide detailed, specific data regarding performance of individuals, teams, programs, divisions, and the department. Generates reports from a variety of internal and external sources, including benchmarking databases, e.g., PHIS, PACT, and specialty-specific registries. Performs standardized data validation activities to ensure the accuracy of information prior to sharing with audiences.
