E-3 Visa Marketing Jobs
Marketing roles in the U.S. qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, making fields like brand management, digital marketing, and market research strong fits. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so Australian marketers can pursue roles year-round without the H-1B uncertainty.

As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, our technologies—like the da Vinci surgical system and Ion—have transformed how care is delivered for millions of patients worldwide.
We’re a team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by one purpose: to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human. Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.
The problems we solve demand creativity, rigor, and collaboration. The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful—because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Marketing
Frame your Australian credentials for U.S. employers
Your three-year Australian bachelor's degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes. Lead with your specific marketing specialisation, such as performance marketing or brand strategy, so employers see the degree-to-role match the LCA requires.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for marketing-related job titles to find companies that have certified LCAs before. Employers who've filed previously know the process, reducing the risk of a slow or confused sponsorship conversation.
Confirm your role meets specialty occupation standards
Not every marketing title passes the specialty occupation test. Roles like marketing coordinator, where a degree in any field is acceptable, are riskier than digital analyst or brand strategist, where a specific bachelor's background is a stated requirement.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
Once you have an offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles your LCA certification with the DOL and your full visa application package, so neither you nor your employer needs to coordinate a specialist immigration attorney from scratch.
Plan your consulate appointment around your start date
E-3 applications are processed at U.S. consulates in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. Appointment availability varies by city and season, so align your offer letter start date with realistic scheduling windows rather than assuming a fixed turnaround.

Find Marketing JobsMarketing E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find marketing jobs in the U.S. with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists marketing roles from employers who are open to E-3 sponsorship, filtering out positions where sponsorship is unavailable. Searching by job title within Migrate Mate surfaces roles where the degree-to-role match is clear, which is the foundation the E-3 specialty occupation requirement is built on.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a marketing role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3 visa?
It depends on how the role is defined. Marketing positions that require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field typically qualify. Generalist roles where any degree is acceptable are harder to support. Titles like digital marketing manager, brand strategist, or market research analyst usually have stronger specialty occupation standing than coordinator or assistant-level roles.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Australian marketing professionals?
The E-3 has a 10,500-place annual allocation that has never been filled, meaning there's no lottery and applications are accepted year-round. The H-1B runs an oversubscribed annual lottery with roughly a one-in-four selection rate. For an Australian marketer, the E-3 is the direct path, and H-1B is only relevant if you're already working in the U.S. under a different status.
Can I switch marketing employers while on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but you can't transfer the E-3 the way some other visa holders port authorisation. Your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL for the new role and location, and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp if you travel internationally before the change is complete. Staying in status during the transition requires careful timing around your current role's end date.
