- Develop and own post-launch optimization strategies informed by usage data — identifying where customers are in their Firefly journey and what interventions accelerate adoption
- Contribute to the PMM perspective on Firefly's business performance, connecting marketing strategy to adoption and engagement outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is coherent end to end, across broad product surface area and strategic partnerships
- Enable GTM and marketing teams to understand, articulate, and amplify Firefly's value
- Influence the roadmap using customer insight and market analysis — champion the customer's needs within the product process

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Product Marketing Specialist
Align your credentials to the role definition
U.S. consular officers assess whether your degree field directly supports the job. A marketing, business, or communications degree strengthens your case; a mismatched degree requires a credential evaluation linking your qualifications to the product marketing specialty.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for employers who have previously filed Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles. These employers already understand the E-3 visa process and won't need convincing that sponsorship is feasible.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified E-3 sponsors
Migrate Mate filters product marketing roles by employers with active E-3 sponsorship history, so you're applying to companies already set up to hire Australians rather than educating every recruiter on the visa from scratch.
Clarify your product marketing scope during interviews
Roles blending product marketing with general brand management can raise specialty occupation questions at the consulate. Be prepared to explain how your responsibilities require specialized marketing knowledge, not just broad business skills any graduate could perform.
Confirm your employer will file the LCA before signing
The E-3 process requires your employer to file a certified LCA with the DOL before you can apply for the visa. Get written confirmation that your offer letter will specify the role, salary meeting prevailing wage, and work location before you resign from any current position.
Handle your LCA and visa paperwork through a single service
Coordinating an LCA certification, DS-160, and consulate appointment across separate providers creates gaps. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to manage the entire process from offer acceptance through consulate appointment under one roof.
E-3 Visa Product Marketing Specialist: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Product Marketing Specialist jobs with E-3 sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search Product Marketing Specialist roles filtered by employers with E-3 sponsorship history. This saves you from applying broadly and then discovering a company has never sponsored an Australian. Most product marketing hiring happens at tech, SaaS, and consumer goods companies already familiar with the visa, and Migrate Mate surfaces those employers directly.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Product Marketing Specialist role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business. The consulate looks at the job description, not just the title. Roles where the employer states a degree is preferred rather than required can create complications, so confirm the job posting specifies a degree as a minimum requirement before applying.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Product Marketing Specialists?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no cap backlog for Australians, so a qualified product marketing professional can start work in weeks rather than waiting years for H-1B visa selection. The E-3 renews in two-year increments with no limit, and many mid-sized SaaS and tech employers who find the H-1B lottery too uncertain are willing to sponsor E-3 applications for the same marketing roles.
Can I switch Product Marketing employers on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa or an amended status reflecting the new role. You can begin working for the new employer once the LCA is certified and you've obtained a new visa at a consulate or changed status through USCIS. There's no grace period that authorizes work at the new employer before that process completes.
