INTRODUCTION
ANINE BING is looking for an experienced full time Senior Stylist to join the team at our Aventura location. The Senior Stylist is a top-performing sales professional and the ultimate brand ambassador — a proven closer with deep client relationships, high energy, and a genuine passion for product and personal styling.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who already knows the local South Florida market, arrives with an established client book (ideally $1M+ in personal business), and leads the floor by example. They set the standard for selling, clienteling, and styling — and act as a benchmark and mentor for the wider team. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial about growing their business, skilled at external clienteling beyond walk-in traffic, and consistently delivers at the highest level. Multilingual ability is a strong asset — Spanish and Portuguese are particularly valuable for the Aventura clientele.
Responsibilities
- Be the top-performing seller in the store and lead the floor by example
- Activate and grow a personal client book, driving sales through dedicated 1:1 outreach and a personalized service experience
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships — cultivate new VIP and VIC clients and grow the local database
- Drive external clienteling: source event hosts, build local partnerships, and bring new clients into the store
- Provide best-in-class service to every client, on their terms, in-store and digitally
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Champion full-look styling to drive UPT and AOV across every transaction
- Share product knowledge and styling expertise with the team, raising the selling standard across the store
- Leverage technology and clienteling tools to sell across all channels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated store presentation
- Assist with daily store operations including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of fashion, styling, or retail sales experience, ideally at a premium or luxury brand
- An established, transferable client book and a track record as a top individual performer
- Knowledge of the local Aventura / South Florida market and clientele
- Proven ability to build and maintain a client book and drive personal client outreach
- Experience in personal styling within a goal-driven environment
- High energy, positive, and engaging presence on the floor
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual (Spanish / Portuguese) strongly preferred
- Ability to provide feedback and insight on clientele and product
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and retail holidays
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
- Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
BENEFITS & PERKS
- Work/Life Balance: Flexible schedules and encouraged paid time off
- Wellness: ANINE BING covers 75% of costs for medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a generous parental leave program
- And more: Generous employee discount and wardrobe

Frame your degree as a specialty occupation credential
U.S. employers often question whether a Customer Sales Advisor role meets the E-3 visa specialty occupation standard. Pull together evidence that your specific position requires applied knowledge from a bachelor's-level discipline, not just general sales aptitude.
Target employers with existing E-3 or LCA history
Companies that have filed Labor Condition Applications before understand the DOL process and won't stall at sponsorship. Prioritise roles at mid-to-large firms in SaaS, financial services, or healthcare, where structured international hiring is already common.
Get a written job offer before the LCA is filed
Your employer must file the LCA with DOL before your visa application can proceed. Confirm the offer letter specifies your job title, worksite location, and salary, since all three fields must match the LCA exactly or the filing will be rejected.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork
Employers unfamiliar with the E-3 process often delay or make avoidable LCA errors. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service manages the DOL submission, DS-160, and consulate prep end-to-end, reducing back-and-forth with HR.
Prepare a specialty occupation support letter with your employer
Consular officers occasionally probe whether a Customer Sales Advisor role genuinely requires a degree. Work with your employer to draft a support letter explaining how your bachelor's discipline directly applies to the analytical and strategic demands of the role.
Clarify E-3 status with your employer before changing territories or accounts
If your role shifts to a materially different worksite or job duties after your E-3 is approved, USCIS requires a new LCA. Flag any structural changes to your employer's HR team promptly so an amended filing can be submitted before the change takes effect.
E-3 Visa Customer Sales Advisor: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Customer Sales Advisor jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search for Customer Sales Advisor roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship. Because the E-3 has no lottery and costs employers less than an H-1B visa, many companies that previously avoided sponsorship are now willing to support it, particularly in SaaS, financial services, and business-to-business sales environments.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Customer Sales Advisor role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
It depends on how the role is defined. The E-3 requires the position to theoretically and practically require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. A Customer Sales Advisor role focused on technical product knowledge, financial analysis, or strategic account management is more likely to qualify than a general retail or inbound sales position. Your employer's job description and the support documentation they provide are critical.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Customer Sales Advisor roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no cap in practice, so Australian professionals can apply at any time of year and move to a new employer without waiting for a new fiscal year. The H-1B requires lottery selection, which adds uncertainty and delays. For a Customer Sales Advisor with a qualifying degree, the E-3 is a faster and more predictable path to starting work in the U.S.
Can I change employers while on an E-3 as a Customer Sales Advisor?
Yes, but your new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp before re-entering the U.S. If you're already in the country, you can continue working for your current employer while the new LCA is processed. There's no grace period that covers unauthorised work, so time the transition carefully with your HR and immigration contact.
