E-3 Visa Marketing Consultant Jobs
Marketing Consultant roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so Australian professionals can pursue U.S. opportunities year-round without the H-1B visa waitlist. Your employer files the Labor Condition Application before you apply at the consulate.

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
Job title: Product Marketing Expert
What you’ll build
We are seeking a visionary, high-impact marketing expert to define and elevate the solution story for SAP Customer Experience (CX). This role will own the narrative strategy, translating complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging that drives engagement with customers, partners and key market audiences.
As the voice behind SAP CX, you will shape the overarching narrative across the product portfolio — Marketing, Commerce, Sales and Service—breaking down silos to craft messaging frameworks that convey the value of SAP CX as a unified, autonomous system that connects and executes end-to-end customer experiences.
This role will connect the Autonomous CX narrative and business domain to the broader SAP Autonomous Enterprise Suite, ensuring seamless integration of messaging and AI-driven storytelling that highlights how AI assistants and agents act on unified business data to orchestrate and execute customer journeys across the enterprise.
You will develop high-impact content, presentations, and executive storytelling that position SAP CX as a leader in the market and demonstrate the value of its end-to-end, connected, and outcome-driven solutions alongside SAP ERP and business operations.
This role ensures SAP CX’s value proposition is consistently and creatively integrated across all channels and touchpoints—web, events, thought leadership, campaigns, sales enablement, and solution plays—helping customers and prospects clearly understand the transformative power of running CX as one autonomous system across the SAP ecosystem.
Messaging & Narrative Development
- Own the master storyline. Define the “why us” and “why now” across all CX products with messaging frameworks and narrative documents, grounded in SAP’s vision of CX as a single, AI-powered autonomous system.
- Develop persona-based and vertical messaging frameworks that guide content creation for different buyers, audiences and markets, showing how AI-driven orchestration improves business outcomes across marketing, commerce, sales, and service.
- Lead message validation and refinement through advanced market research and AI-driven testing tools.
- Track and report SAP CX brand accolades and momentum metrics, delivering quarterly updates to strengthen solution positioning and storytelling impact.
- Create and maintain the “source of truth” messaging and content “toolkit” so GTM, Campaigns, Field Marketing and Executive Communications can tailor content without breaking the story—ensuring consistency around the Autonomous CX narrative and value pillars.
Content Creation
- Architect the core pitch deck. Be the owner of the master narrative deck used across all teams, updating it as strategy evolves to reflect Autonomous CX innovation and AI capabilities.
- Partner with Technical Product Marketing to produce high-impact videos, sizzle reels, and demos that convey SAP CX solution narrative, including AI assistants coordinating workflows and executing CX processes across the enterprise.
- Drive consistency in how we tell the SAP CX story — ensuring every deck, asset, and campaign ladder back to our core narrative of unified, outcome-driven, and Autonomous CX.
- Guide and edit content created by other PMMs or agencies to ensure narrative cohesion, visual clarity and alignment with our brand tone.
- Oversee quarterly updates to SAP CX web pages and related GTM content to maintain relevance and accuracy, ensuring alignment with Autonomous CX positioning and messaging evolution.
Events & Keynote Storytelling
- Drive end-to-end content and creative strategy for flagship event keynotes, highlighting product innovations and strategic narratives in partnership with Sub-domain Product Marketing leads, with emphasis on AI-driven execution and Autonomous CX workflows.
- Ensure SAP CX solution messaging and value proposition are prominently featured in opening keynotes at flagship SAP conferences, clearly positioning CX as a core pillar and business domain of the SAP Autonomous Enterprise Suite.
- Lead content refreshes for regional events and industry shows, packaging materials into scalable “Event in a Box” formats that consistently convey the Autonomous CX narrative.
What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles focused on messaging and content development, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven success in developing strategic narratives and sales enablement content.
- Strong and demonstrated understanding of CX market landscape and technology category.
- Experience with AI-based message testing and brand research tools.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAP’s ecosystem and CX portfolio.
- Background in executive communications or keynote content development.
Where you belong
You’ll join a collaborative, high-impact team shaping the future of SAP Customer Experience through bold, strategic storytelling. The team brings together product marketers and experts across Marketing, Commerce, Sales, and Service to craft a unified narrative. It thrives on breaking down silos and translating complex solutions into clear, compelling messages. With strong cross-functional partnerships, the team drives consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints. This is a space where creativity, innovation, and business impact come together to define the voice of SAP CX.

Align your credentials to specialty occupation
Your Australian degree must map directly to the marketing consultant role. A bachelor's in business with a marketing major typically qualifies, but a general commerce degree without marketing coursework can trigger an RFE. Get your academic transcripts ready before you start applying.
Target employers with LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to identify companies that have previously filed LCAs for marketing consultant roles. Employers already familiar with the process move faster and are less likely to hesitate on E-3 visa sponsorship.
Clarify sponsorship early in interviews
Raise E-3 sponsorship before the offer stage, not after. Most marketing hiring managers don't know the E-3 exists, so frame it as a straightforward employer obligation: file one DOL form, no lottery, no cap. That reframe often turns a hesitant no into a yes.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the offer stage
Once you have a verbal offer, the LCA and visa paperwork need to move quickly. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so the employer doesn't stall or drop the offer while navigating an unfamiliar process.
Prepare a consulting-specific portfolio for consulate
E-3 consulate officers sometimes probe whether a marketing consultant role genuinely requires a degree. Bring campaign briefs, strategy documents, or client deliverables that demonstrate you perform analytical, degree-level work rather than general promotional tasks.
Understand the E-3 renewal timeline for project-based roles
Marketing consultants in contract or project-based positions need to renew the E-3 with each new engagement. Your employer must file a fresh LCA for every material change in job duties or worksite, so build that lead time into your contract negotiations.
E-3 Visa Marketing Consultant: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Marketing Consultant jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for U.S. roles with E-3 sponsorship. Rather than filtering through boards that don't surface visa-specific hiring intent, Migrate Mate surfaces marketing consultant opportunities where employers are open to the E-3 process, saving you the manual work of vetting each role.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Marketing Consultant role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, advertising, or a closely related field. The role must not be open to candidates with any bachelor's degree regardless of major. Job postings that list 'bachelor's preferred' rather than 'bachelor's required in a relevant field' can create problems at the consulate, so review the job description carefully before applying.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Marketing Consultant roles?
The E-3 has a 10,500 annual allocation that has never been fully used, so there's no lottery and no wait. The H-1B runs an oversubscribed lottery each March, meaning you could go years without selection. For marketing consultants, the E-3 also allows indefinite two-year renewals as long as you hold a qualifying role, giving you more career flexibility than the H-1B's six-year standard cap.
What happens to my E-3 status if I move from one marketing role to another?
Changing employers requires a new LCA and a new E-3 visa or change of status filing. You can't simply transfer the E-3 the way an H-1B portability rule allows. If you're already in the U.S., your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll typically need to attend a new consulate interview in Australia before starting the new role, unless you pursue a change of status inside the U.S.
