Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Marketing Campaign Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Your Australian bachelor's degree must map directly to the campaign manager role. A three-year marketing or communications degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree, but your offer letter should specify the degree requirement explicitly.
Target brands with integrated marketing teams
Companies running paid media, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns are structured to sponsor E-3 roles because campaign management requires specialized credentials. Focus your search on marketing-led organizations where the role has a defined educational prerequisite, not just preferred qualifications.
Use Migrate Mate to find sponsoring employers
Searching for Marketing Campaign Manager roles with confirmed E-3 sponsorship history is faster through Migrate Mate, which surfaces employers actively filing for Australian professionals rather than requiring you to cold-screen job listings for sponsorship willingness.
Address the LCA prevailing wage early
Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your visa application. Confirm your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for your SOC code and work location before accepting an offer to avoid delays caused by LCA amendments.
Clarify sponsorship scope before signing
Some employers will file an LCA but expect you to handle consulate preparation independently. Negotiate who manages each step upfront, or use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so the process doesn't stall between offer and start date.
Account for consulate timing in your start date
E-3 visa interviews at Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth can have appointment wait times ranging from two to eight weeks depending on the period. Build this into your negotiated start date so your employer isn't expecting you before your visa stamp arrives.

Find Marketing Campaign Manager JobsMarketing Campaign Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Marketing Campaign Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search for Marketing Campaign Manager roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship. Standard job boards don't filter by visa type, so you'd otherwise spend significant time screening listings individually. Migrate Mate surfaces roles matched to E-3 eligibility so you're applying where sponsorship is already on the table.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Marketing Campaign Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for E-3?
Yes, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a closely related field. The key is that the degree requirement must be real and documented, not just preferred. Roles where any bachelor's degree qualifies regardless of field are harder to support. Your offer letter and job description need to specify the field requirement clearly.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Marketing Campaign Manager roles?
The E-3 has two significant advantages for Australians in marketing roles: there's no annual cap and no lottery. H-1B petitions enter a randomized selection process with roughly a 25% selection rate in recent years, meaning most applicants don't get through. With the E-3, if you meet the specialty occupation and degree requirements and have a valid offer, the path to a visa appointment is straightforward and repeatable.
Can I change employers or campaign roles while on E-3 status?
Yes, but you need a new LCA and a new visa stamp for each employer change. The E-3 is employer-specific, so you can't simply transfer it. If you're already in the U.S., your new employer files a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll typically need to attend a consulate interview in Australia before starting the new role, unless you're eligible for a status change.
