Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Brand Marketing
Frame your portfolio around U.S. market outcomes
Australian campaign metrics and brand KPIs translate directly, but U.S. hiring managers respond to results framed in their market context. Restate campaign performance in terms of U.S. consumer segments, platforms, and media channels your prospective employer actually uses.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Search the DOL's public LCA disclosure data for employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles. A prior filing history signals the employer already understands E-3 sponsorship obligations and won't balk at the process.
Clarify specialty occupation status before applying
Brand Marketing roles qualify as specialty occupations only when the position specifically requires a relevant bachelor's degree, not just prefers one. Review the job description carefully; a 'preferred' degree requirement can jeopardize your E-3 eligibility at the consulate.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for LCA coordination
Once you have an offer, your employer needs a certified LCA from the DOL before you can apply at the consulate. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to manage the LCA submission and visa paperwork so your start date isn't delayed by filing errors.
Prepare for consulate questions on role scope
Consular officers sometimes scrutinize brand management roles because the title can overlap with general business functions. Bring your offer letter, job description, and your degree transcript to demonstrate the direct connection between your qualifications and the specific role.
Negotiate your start date around consulate appointment wait times
E-3 visa interviews are booked through U.S. consulates in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, and appointment availability varies by location and season. Lock in your appointment as soon as your LCA is certified, then work backward to agree on a realistic start date with your employer.

Find Brand Marketing JobsBrand Marketing E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Brand Marketing jobs in the U.S. that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Brand Marketing roles at employers who have a history of sponsoring Australian professionals on the E-3 visa, so you're not cold-applying to companies that will decline when sponsorship comes up. Filter by role and location to find active openings matched to your E-3 eligibility.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Brand Marketing role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Brand Marketing qualifies as a specialty occupation when the employer requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a closely related field. The requirement must be genuine and stated in the job description, not simply preferred. Roles described as open to any degree, or where the degree is optional, risk failing the specialty occupation test at the consulate.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Brand Marketing professionals?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no cap that limits how many can be issued each year, which means your application isn't subject to the randomized selection process that blocks most H-1B hopefuls. For Brand Marketing roles, that distinction is significant because you can apply any time you have a qualifying offer, rather than waiting for an annual lottery window.
Can I change Brand Marketing employers while on the E-3 visa?
Yes, but you can't simply transfer your existing E-3 status the way some other visa categories allow. Your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL, and you'll typically need a new visa stamp at the consulate before starting. Planning the gap between roles carefully matters because you have a 60-day grace period after your employment ends before your status lapses.
