Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Channel Marketing Manager
Frame your Australian credentials for U.S. employers
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree is accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes. Get a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved evaluator before applying so employers don't hesitate on sponsorship.
Target employers with LCA filing history
Channel marketing roles are common at software, SaaS, and consumer goods companies. Search DOL's public LCA disclosure data to confirm a company has filed for similar marketing positions before reaching out about E-3 sponsorship.
Search for E-3 sponsorship roles on Migrate Mate
Most general job boards don't filter by E-3 willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces Channel Marketing Manager listings from employers with active E-3 and H-1B sponsorship history, so you're not cold-pitching sponsorship from scratch.
Negotiate job title alignment before the offer is signed
Your E-3 petition and LCA must list a specific job title and SOC code. If the employer's internal title is vague, like 'Marketing Lead,' confirm it maps to a recognized specialty occupation classification before HR submits the LCA.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the LCA and consulate prep
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA filing, DS-160, and consulate appointment preparation. This removes the risk of errors that can delay your start date or trigger an administrative processing hold.

Find Channel Marketing Manager JobsChannel Marketing Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Channel Marketing Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search Channel Marketing Manager roles filtered by E-3 sponsorship history. Most standard job boards don't indicate E-3 willingness, so you'd otherwise need to cold-pitch sponsorship in every application. Migrate Mate surfaces employers who have already filed LCAs or H-1B petitions for similar marketing roles, which is the strongest signal they'll sponsor an E-3.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Channel Marketing Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field as a genuine entry requirement. The DOL and USCIS look at whether the degree requirement is standard for the role in the industry. Generic marketing coordinator roles can be borderline, but Channel Marketing Manager positions at established companies almost always meet the specialty occupation threshold given the strategic and analytical scope involved.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Channel Marketing Manager roles?
The E-3 is available exclusively to Australian citizens and has a 10,500 annual allocation that has never been fully used, so there's no lottery and no cap to worry about. The H-1B requires entering a randomized lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate for most applicants. For a Channel Marketing Manager, the E-3 means you can accept an offer and be working within weeks of your consulate interview, rather than waiting up to a year for an H-1B start date.
Can I switch employers as a Channel Marketing Manager on an E-3?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA and you must either attend a new consulate interview or, in some cases, change status from within the U.S. You can't simply port to a new employer the way H-1B portability works under AC21. Give yourself at least four to six weeks between the new LCA certification and your intended start date to avoid a gap in authorized employment status.
