E-3 Visa Enterprise Sales Manager Jobs
Enterprise Sales Manager roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship as specialty occupations requiring a relevant bachelor's degree. Australian nationals can secure two-year, indefinitely renewable status without entering an H-1B lottery. Employers file a Labor Condition Application before your consulate appointment, making early employer alignment on timing critical.

The people at Claris don't just build software - they build the infrastructure layer that makes Apple's AI story real in schools, enterprises, and government organizations. As part of the Enterprise Sales team within the Claris division, you'll work at the intersection of Apple's education and enterprise sales motion and one of the most consequential technology shifts in a generation: the move to AI-ready infrastructure.
Claris' Data Analytics and AI clustering platforms add a compelling component to Apple's strong story around AI, privacy, and security. We open new rooms, introduce new decision-makers, and help organizations understand what AI-ready infrastructure actually looks like in practice.
Description
Work alongside Apple's education and enterprise sales teams in the field - co-selling, co-presenting, and helping qualify strategic accounts across K-12 districts, higher education institutions, enterprises, and government organizations. You will position the Claris' emerging AI tools in the context of each customer's business, infrastructure, and AI ambitions.
Generate, qualify, and develop pipeline across all three Claris AI revenue streams - Pulse Cloud, Pulse On-Prem, and AI cluster licensing - and ensure that the leads you originate and qualify are developed with full context, a clear use case, and a warm relationship already established such that they can be carried to completion or handed off to Inside Sales teams.
Represent Claris at Apple's global Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and conferences, delivering or supporting persona-specific demo narratives for incoming customer profiles. Show up at Apple-led one-to-many field events and qualify from the audience.
Help identify and engage organizations with executive AI vision and existing Apple silicon. Keep them engaged through the discovery process.
Convert pipeline generated through association partnerships into qualified accounts. These leads are time-sensitive; follow-up must be fast.
Log every meeting and customer interaction in the Claris CRM.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as an Enterprise Sales Manager
Frame your Australian credentials for U.S. hiring
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 visa purposes. Get a credential evaluation letter ready before interviews so sponsors aren't surprised during the LCA stage.
Target employers with established LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Foreign Labor Application Gateway for companies that have filed LCAs for Sales Manager roles. Prior LCA filings confirm an employer already understands the sponsorship process, cutting negotiation friction at the offer stage.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the final interview round
Ask directly whether the role is approved for E-3 sponsorship during the second or third interview, not after an offer. Employers unfamiliar with the E-3 often conflate it with H-1B and incorrectly assume a lottery is required.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for LCA and paperwork
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This prevents common employer errors on the LCA's prevailing wage classification that can delay your consulate appointment.
Align your offer letter with DOL specialty occupation requirements
Your offer letter must specify that the Enterprise Sales Manager role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, not just that one is preferred. A letter that says 'preferred' instead of 'required' is a common LCA rejection trigger.
Plan your consulate appointment around your start date
USCIS does not adjudicate E-3 petitions for consular applicants. Your timeline runs through the U.S. consulate in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, so book your appointment immediately after your LCA is certified to avoid start-date slippage.
E-3 Visa Enterprise Sales Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Enterprise Sales Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the dedicated way to search for Enterprise Sales Manager roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship. Standard job boards don't filter by visa type, so you spend time applying to roles where sponsorship was never on the table. Migrate Mate surfaces positions matched to E-3 eligibility, saving you that filtering work upfront.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an Enterprise Sales Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree in a specific related field, such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline relevant to the product being sold. Roles where any degree, regardless of field, satisfies the requirement can face LCA scrutiny. Enterprise-level sales positions tied to complex technical products or financial services tend to meet the specialty occupation standard more cleanly than general sales management roles.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for an Enterprise Sales Manager?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so an Australian national in an Enterprise Sales Manager role can apply year-round as soon as they have an offer and a certified LCA. The H-1B selection rate has run below 25% in recent years, meaning most H-1B registrants are rejected before any petition is filed. For Australians, the E-3 is a direct path that bypasses that bottleneck entirely.
Can I change employers while on an E-3 as an Enterprise Sales Manager?
Yes, but the process restarts from scratch with each new employer. Your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you must attend a new consulate appointment to get a new E-3 stamp. You can begin working for the new employer after the consulate issues the updated visa, so plan for a gap between roles if your appointment wait time is several weeks.
