• Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies focused on driving leads and customer acquisition across Tesla Energy's product lines
  
• Content Development: Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing content, such as email campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, and whitepapers, that drive engagement and conversion
• Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across digital platforms (including paid search, display, email, social media, affiliate networks), referral program, traditional media, and Tesla's owned channels
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs (e.g., lead volume, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost), and utilizing A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring to maximize campaign efficiency
• Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead handoff, ensuring qualified leads are nurtured through the sales pipeline
• Market Research & Audience Segmentation: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and industry trends. Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor campaigns to different personas and customer needs
• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across channels and initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector
• Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market, specifically solar energy and energy storage solutions, is a plus
• Experience generating demand for both a direct sales force and channel partners is a plus
