- Facilitate communication between stakeholders by preparing detailed reports on project progress, technical challenges, and system performance metrics.
- Mentor engineering staff in mechanical knowledge, civil engineering concepts, and technical skills to foster professional growth within the team.
Experience
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects within manufacturing, construction, or research environments.
