The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO & Enterprise Delivery to lead enterprise-wide project delivery, portfolio governance, and execution management across a diverse IT landscape. This role is both a strategic leadership and hands-on delivery position responsible for managing complex cross-functional programs while also directly leading high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise application, digital transformation, AI, and automation projects within a fast-paced global environment. The individual will play a key role in establishing delivery discipline, improving execution predictability, driving organizational alignment, and enabling scalable transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the PMO function, including project managers, delivery standards, governance processes, and portfolio reporting.
- Establish and maintain project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and execution standards.
- Drive enterprise-wide visibility into project health, risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to align project execution with strategic business priorities.
- Support portfolio planning, roadmap management, and capacity forecasting across the organization.
- Directly manage and lead high-impact enterprise initiatives from initiation through execution and stabilization.
- Deliver projects across multiple domains.
- Lead project planning, scope management, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination, risk management, budget tracking, and executive communication.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects with strong focus on quality, timeline, and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Architecture, Business Analysis, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Global Delivery teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Drive alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Facilitate executive steering meetings, status reviews, and escalation management.
- Foster accountability, transparency, and execution discipline across teams.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Improve project execution maturity, delivery predictability, and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for portfolio visibility and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, resource utilization, and cross-team collaboration.
- Support transition toward product-based and AI-enabled operating models.
- Ensure vendor accountability, delivery quality, and adherence to contractual commitments and project timelines.
- Coordinate multi-vendor execution across complex programs.
What You Will Need
- 10–15 years of experience leading enterprise IT projects and PMO functions.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional IT initiatives across:
- Enterprise Applications
- Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud & Digital Transformation
- Strong hands-on project/program management experience with ability to directly lead strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, risks, and executive-level communications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within global delivery and matrixed organizational environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP modernization or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience with AI, automation, and enterprise integration initiatives.
- Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or enterprise PMO tools.
- Experience supporting product-based operating models and organizational transformation initiatives.
