Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs
- Analyze public/federal RFP requirements
- Manage sub-solicitations
- Compile hard-bid and conceptual estimates
- Participate in value engineering sessions for public agency projects
QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of dedicated commercial or public works estimating experience; expert-level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks; proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Center, Bluebeam, WinEst).
