JOB DETAILS

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support residential site development projects within a growing civil construction environment. This individual will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting pre-construction efforts, and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure competitive, high-quality bids.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience within civil construction
- Strong background in residential site development projects
- Experience estimating projects ranging from $5M–$50M
- Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving
- Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
