POSITION: Parts Specialist LOCATION: Raleigh

Responsibilities:
Pricing out all repair orders by looking up the parts for each job needed.
- Ordering / purchasing parts in a timely fashion to enhance quick turnaround times for repairs
- Create relationships with vendors to aid in negotiation abilities
- Maintaining a small amount of stock parts
- Verify all ordered parts are received upon arrival
- Dispatching received parts to awaiting technicians
- File invoices received with parts
- Administer warrantied parts, returned parts and credits
Our business is known for providing 100% customer service, meaning customer service skills are required for this position as well. Those duties include:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking customers and their vehicles in and out
- Completing other work as needed by the General Manager
