ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Core Hours 630am-3pm
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others
- Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree (BS or BA)
- Supervisory experience or training in a Production/ Manufacturing environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)

PAY RANGE DATA
We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is 22.84-34.28 an hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility.
