INTRODUCTION
As a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Finance here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant impact on the organization's performance.
You will report directly to our Senior Director, ISC Finance (Sourcing) and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to improving business performance and profitability.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial management expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Sourcing & Procurement Finance
- Partner with sourcing and procurement leadership to provide financial guidance on supplier strategies, negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives
- Own financial oversight of direct material and indirect spend, including purchase price variance, sourcing productivity, and cost performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across all cost categories
- Support development and tracking of sourcing pipelines, ensuring alignment between productivity targets, realized savings, and financial reporting
- Inflation & Cost Management
- Lead financial analysis of inflationary impacts across materials, freight, and supply chain cost drivers, translating market movements into actionable insights
- Develop and maintain inflation assumptions to inform forecasts, operating plans, and strategic decision-making
- Partner with ISC and business teams to mitigate inflation risk through pricing, sourcing strategies, productivity initiatives, and supplier negotiations
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Drive end-to-end financial ownership of productivity and operating plan commitments, ensuring clear linkage between targets, sourcing pipelines, operational execution, and financial outcomes
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights
