Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager position will perform the following duties:

• Directs all warehouse receiving operations.
• Handles management-related duties such as recruiting, retaining, and ensuring the proper training of quality employees in a positive, professional manner.
• Ensures proper sanitation as needed.
• Manages all warehouse departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Comfortable with high-volume shipping.
• Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals.
• “Hands-on” commitment to getting the job done.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff as well as maintain strong working relationships.
• Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

4-6 Years warehouse and/or operations experience in related area including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse phases; experience operating material handling equipment. Team lead or supervisory experience.
